These terms apply to every offer in the webshop and to every agreement arising from it. If we depart from these terms in a specific case, that applies to that case only and we record it in writing.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and shown at checkout before you pay. Obvious mistakes or typing errors in an offer are not binding on us.
We may change products and prices; for an order already confirmed, the price at the time of ordering applies.
The agreement is concluded the moment we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or attach further conditions to it; if so, we let you know within a reasonable period.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. We ship only after payment has been received.
We do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are an indication. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the agreement free of charge. More about this is in the shipping policy.
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Products whose shrink band or seal has been removed or damaged are excluded for reasons of hygiene. The full arrangement is set out in the refund policy.
Our products comply with the agreement and with the statutory requirements in force at the time of delivery. If a product is defective, contact us at info@folea.nl. Your statutory rights always remain in force.
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Read the ingredient list before use and stop if irritation occurs. If you have doubts because of an allergy or a medical condition, consult a doctor. Our information is care advice, not medical advice.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, and except where the law prescribes broader liability.
All text, photos, videos, design and the FOLÉA brand belong to us or to our licensors. Reproduction is permitted only with our written consent.
We handle your data with care. How we process it is set out in the privacy policy.
If you have a complaint, send it to info@folea.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
We may amend these terms. The version that applied at the time you placed your order applies to that order.
