Yes, all ingredients are plant-based and 100% natural. We use no parabens, sulphates or animal-derived ingredients. The hairbutter is fully vegan.

At FOLÉA you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Opened or used hair care and cosmetics products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This also applies to products whose seal has been broken.

Requesting a return

Contact us within 14 days at info@folea.nl. Include your name, order number and the product you want to return. You will then receive the return instructions.

You pay the cost of sending the product back. We recommend sending your return with track and trace.

Once we have received and checked the returned product, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.

Damaged or incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@folea.nl and attach clear photos.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 6.95. Orders of € 45 or more ship free. We ship with PostNL and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
