Below you can read how we ship your order and what to expect.
Orders are processed on working days. If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we pack your order on the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times are an indication and not a guarantee; busy periods at the carrier can affect them.
Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 6.95. Orders of € 45 or more ship free. You always see the final shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.

We ship with PostNL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with a track-and-trace code so you can follow the shipment.
Please check your address carefully before you check out. An incorrect or incomplete address can delay a shipment or cause it to be returned. Any extra shipping cost for a new shipment is then payable by you.
Did your parcel arrive damaged, or is the shipment marked as delivered while you received nothing? Contact us at info@folea.nl with your order number and a photo if you can. We will sort it out together with PostNL.
