At FOLÉA we want you to be happy with what you buy. If you are not, you can return your order under the conditions below.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
The product is unused and undamaged, is in its original packaging, and you can provide the order number or the confirmation email.
The shrink band or seal must still be intact. If it has been removed or damaged, we cannot take the product back for reasons of hygiene. This is a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
Send a message to info@folea.nl with your order number and the product you want to send back. We will send you the return instructions. We cannot process shipments that are returned without being registered first.

You pay the cost of sending the product back, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. In that case we cover it.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If it is, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, including the standard shipping cost of your original order, via the same payment method. Your bank may then take a few more working days.
Check your order on arrival. If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible at info@folea.nl, with a photo if you can.
Would you like a different product? Register a return and place a new order. That is faster than processing an exchange.
Gift cards and products whose shrink band or seal has been removed or damaged cannot be returned.
